Reviews - Animated Bulkhead
sorry my bad but I have to give him a 8
Solid toy all around. Unusual character design, definitely worth having. I hear some people have an issue with size? It's no big deal.
Suffers heavily from backpack syndrome, but honestly, more complex than Lugnut. Not as good as leader Bulkhead, surprisingly. A very straightforward figure. I wish there was a way to wind up the wrecking ball without just cramming it into his arm.
looks like the cartoon.
this toy owns!
LOVE IT!
Seems a little cheaply made to me. His robot mode was shorter than I expected. I'd buy him over again. I want to see how he compares to the leader class version and to Lugnut being they are the two titans from both sides.
Looses points for the size and for only 1 wrecking ball. Uncompleted roof looks bad in alt mode otherwise it looks great. All up a good toy, just seems like Hasbro cheaped out on it.
he is the worst i hate him i should have bought a barbie instead at least they could move lol
he is to small not worth the money
it is nothing compared to leader bulkhead the down side to the animated voyagers besides grimlock
passed on him hate the size comperison on him he stinks
passed on him hate the size comperison on him he stinks
smaller than bumblbee
This transformer has a simple and classic transformation. A very good starting tf. I dont mind the bulkyness of it or the fact that prowl is taller than him. I found the swich to activate the arm automorph (Push down the hinge on the back panel :)
Despite upset with scale, overall figure is a good showing from Animated line. Fun transformation though back panels don't open well. Very show accurate. Great alt mode. Would be a 10 if not for the scale issue. Can't wait til Leader version.
Transformation is really easy, but very satisfying. I especially like his feet a lot. Only gripe is that there appears to be a broken or half planned transformation involving his "over the back" panels. They do not spread open as the picture shows.
Gave it an extra point for show accuracy and very solid mold probably most solid I've seen for not being leader or supreme I've seen since before movie. Very sturdy construction especially for animated line.
to bricky for me the legs are tiny and short and the upperbody it to bulky
Great figure, easy transformation, VERY show-accurate. But he's very short (he can only fight Lugnut and Soundwave) and should have 2 wrecking balls instead of 1 & that uppercut effect on his right arm. Can't wait for the Leader one, hope its just as fun.
Easer to transform than Prowl and he looks kind of squatty. The wrecking ball needs to be in the other hand or he needs two like Ratchets magnets or Bumblebees stingers. What is his other arm supposed to do?
He only gets points knocked off because he's not enough bang for the buck. For $20 for a voyager, you'd expect him to be a bit, not much, but a bit larger. Over all though, they did a good job on him.
He's alright but he's a bit too stubby he should've been a deluxe
Bulkhead's a really cool TF. I love his design(he's kinda built like me, except my legs are way longer!). Could've made his transformation a little more challeging though. Other then that he's great!
Awesome figure with surprisingly easy transformation. The design is awesome and I even love the "little guy with something to prove" scale.
