Reviews - Universe Legends Brawn (G1)
finnally a decent Brawn figure
Finally a Brawn figure that looks like he did in the show! This is a great figure the only drawback is that you can see his feet in vehicle mode, but other than that a great figure! I hope that a legends class Pipes is in the works!
Finally a cartoon accurate brawn. awsome toy. just the right size. the same size as the g1 mini-cars. definately pick him up. awsome detail and nice transformation.
only problem i have is the chunkiness of back in bot, and easily seen feet in alt mode. but for a small price, you get a slick re-make of a G1 mainstay. perfect size too, kinda makes me wish powerglide was re-done as a legend instead of Ultra.
Strange coloring, would be nice if windows were all painted. Doesn't have knee joints despite what the pictures seem to show. Fun transformation, arguably worth the $4. Waist does not lock into place. Loads better than some other recent toys (GALVATRON).
I wish this toy had more paint apps. I also wish the feet were made so that they folded in when converting the robot into vehicle mode. But hey, it is a $4 toy and it is a good one at that. Beachcomber is better, but Brawn is no slouch either. Get him.
The legend class just seems to be getting better. This version of Brawn is much better than the original despite it's legend oriented shortcomings. The only real complaint is the waist doesn't lock into place or at least on mine it doesn't. A G1 must have
Good looking toy. Just the way brawn should of looked like in 1984! Arms and legs more functional, transformation looks good too, a must buy.
