Awesome figure that is somewhat hampered by his gimmick still a must buy. The shurikens are non functional sadly

Very nice figure though transformation is a bit of a pain. No throwing stars though there counterparts are still there and removable, swap em if you got 'em. Excellent armor. Blade could be bigger though.

I detracted 2 points 1 because of armor falling off too easy and 1 because they took away the removable throwing stars *frown*

A retooling of Prowl with the Samurai Armor from "Fistfull of Energon" and Season 3. The toy's pretty cool, but It's kinda hindered by not being able to stand up well, and being a little loose. Still, if you passed on normal Prowl, pick this one up.

Ha! Good idea! I'll have to swap it out for the normal Prowl I have at work.

Ok guys, i was checking out my samurai prowl..and retooling the screws..when i got this idea..prowl needs shurikens.. i popped those off the samurai prowl..noticed the mold is the same from both prowls hub caps.and swapped. perfect fit! extra weapons.

A decent adaptation of the original. Love the idea of transforming armor & would like to see it more with a little more posability. Odd that they have the shurikens but they don't open now. Cool figure; worth it for collectors.

I like the robot mode. I can't explain it, but I like the original and this one the same. Take a close look, they have different facial expressions. The articulation is slight akward with the armor added. I don't think you can do much better.

It doesn't, the Prowl is a complete ret-tool of the original. You need the new Prowl to actually use the side car in both modes.

I would get rid of Prowl & keep the sidecar Because, I have the original Prowl. Unless, the sidecar doesn't work with the original.

Upgrade Rocks. Got mine at Walmart & paid 8.99 for him and Waspy. Target is having sale on Animated deluxes so those who have Walmart's near Target and don't want overpay on 2 awesome figures the time is at hand. ON SALE UNTIL 4/6/09.

THe robot mode is awesome, but vehicle mode...eh. I say that because for mine, the cycle-mode doesn't go together very well. HIs front wheel is crooked and when you push it, it just goes in circles. Maybe its just mine

Slighty disappointed. The helmet does not clip on to his head and only sits there, and all of the armour heavily restricts his articulation. The reason this is so high is because it LOOKS AWESOME and the bike mode is as good as ever.

Everything that was good about the regular and much more! The 2 things I do not like are the non working shurikens and the fact that the wheel of the sidecar does not split in two. Buy it even if you have the first one!
