do not miss out on him. i had to travel far and wide before i found him but i do not regret it. grate alt mode, imposing robot. love the hammer. this is what magnus should be
Good figure, Very accurate to the show's model. Except for the bluish grey color on what should be the white parts. Fairly average transformation, except for the cab/shoulders, which can be quite a pain in the ass. I'm afraid I'll snap the arms off.
he got owned by shockwave
This guy is great. But i was unimpressed with the shoulders alot. The shoulders are tight and they make him look horrid when you move it around when in robot.
A great likeness to the show. Limited poseability. Shoulders are a major issue when transforming. Still a great figure with lots of "gimmicks". One that should definitely be added to your Animated collection.
Nearly a perfect figure, my only problem are the sound effects. Only three lines of dialoge, and gun sounds that are not impressive. Take out the battery, and he's perfect. Great figure overall!
Bellprime is right - this is the best UM yet. However, I'm not digging this toy as much as I thought I would. I don't like the shoulders in robot mode and the panels in the back of the vehicle mode bug me because they can't close all the way.
much like Leader Megatron, this guy is nearly perfect. his arms are a bit odd, and the hammer would have been better longer. but both modes are pretty great, the electronics are the best yet, and the transformation is original. a must buy.
Finally found him at Target. The wait was long, and almost worth it. I am unimpressed. Paint defect on left shoulder. Shoulders provide very limited pose-ability. Hammer not so grandiose. Multiple flip-out cannons keep this at a 7.
Best Ultra Magnus yet!!!
Big, with an awesome vehicle mode. Fun and somewhat involved transformation. Bot looks good, but is somewhat floppy and weak around the knees and especially the shoulders, which constantly droop down and can be a pain when transformering. Good overall.
