An awesome Armada figure. Combined ship mode is good, separate modes are okay, and robot mode is great. This guy is huge in robot mode. Average poseability, but makes up for it w/ great sculpt AND combination w/ Megatron!

The minicon is pathetic, and Tidal Wave's gauntlet forms are too heavy for Megatron and make arms droop! An amazing toy, more posable than smaller figures, flat-out huge. Needs more ginmmicks, though. Get if you own Megatron or otherwise.

Sweeet!! I Like this because the Decepticons finally have their own base in the Armada series. The three dark fleet teams are really awsome to add to the new series. Hopefully the Autobots will get a base so that the battles will look more for Armada!

BIG! imposing and cool looking robot..the minicon is the worst I have ever seen!. also tidalwave in ship mode its a little wiggely.

I agree with JW on this beautiful monster. He's one tall drink of boiling water. I'm not even going to fuss over his lack of kneejoints.

i think that tidal wave is EXTREMELY INCREDIBAL and he rules over all transformers, i love the combined mega ship and his robot mode how it looks but the biggest letdown is ramjet apart from that he is FANTASTIC.

one of my favorite toys got him last week I have one question I recognize the aircraft carrier but what are the other vehicles I love the combination with meg need more armada decepticon combiners also think they should have included more than one minicon

Tidal Wave rules! (The seas.) He is huge (roughly the same size as OP) and the combined shipmode is awesome! The 3 ships are neat too. Love the elevator and gun turrets but could have used more features or electronics. Also like how he combines with Megs.

This, I can say is the second best TF I own. The only things missing are a good powerlinx action and poseablity in the knees. The minicon looks funny in robot mode but is nessecary to place it in side the Aircraft Carrier.

Great toy. I like all modes. I still prefer Shockwave. Only complaint is the knees.

Almost didnt buy him because of how small he looked in the package, but I'm glad I did. Cause combined he rocks! I like his gimmicks, and I love the way he looks. Very low posability, but a truely fun,and huge toy. Smallest minicon ever.

WOW... all these other reviews are right, he is the second best to Unicron. Al these other reviews all say the same so if you like Tidalwave you are gonna like shockwave (MD version) he is much better. GET HIM! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Tidal Wave is huge this is one of the biggest Armada yet, his minicon blows but his combiner form is pretty cool.

WOW!Combiner mode with megs isn't great, and mini-con so-so, but otherwise...AWSOME!Tidal Wave is by far the second best Armada next to Unicron.All the different things that he can do...I'm in awe.Go and buy him now!

Very fun toy, I prefer the toy paintjob to the show but either case he looks great in all modes. His only drawbacks are a lack of proper knee and head articulation and a less than spectacular mini-con. All of which is more than made up by his many modes.

Great Toy! I like the robot mode most of all. The head is an excellent sculpt. The arms are alos very cool to! The legs are kind of blah because the lack of a knee joint, that's the only reason why I did not give him a 10. The ship combined rocks!

Not a bad toy, but not great. Robot mode looks kinda dorky, and Ramjet is just terrible. But still, it was worth what I paid and looks neato when my Unicron is towering over him, so hey! :)

This guy is so freakin awsome. I cant beleave how sweet he is. Love the triple changer idea and combining with megs but his minicon is to small.If you buy one transformer this year make it this guy.
