Awesome Repaint, Armada colors blew. Lightning looks awesome and the green parts (especially the head)give him personality. Seems a slight step up in quality too, my armada TW didn't hold on to his missles in robot mode but my Energon TW has no problems,

NOT 1 FOR REPAINTS I HAD TO GET THIS AS I MISSED THE ARM VERSION. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS TOY, IS THAT THE CARRIER PART OF THE WARSHIP DROPS. THE COLORS ARE UNREALISTIC BUT GROW ON YOU. OTHERWISE NOT BAD HASBRO, NOT BAD AT ALL!!

I really hate repaints, usually because they are recycled soo much it gets old. However once in awhile a new paint job actually improves a toy. Tidal Wave's new paint job makes him look alot better then the Armada paint job. wish they released him 1st

Fantastic for a repaint, very striking with great colors. Feels just as solid as the original from Armada. No electronics. Worth buying a second time if you have the old one.

He's basically Armada's Tidal Wave with a new paint job as you probably already know. A real step up from Armada's paint job. Easy to transform, weither you see that as a good thing or not. Comes with some nifty features. Lost point for leg articulaion.

Good figure improved by a great paintjob! Lighting bolts don't look so bad in person.

Sweet!! Love the lightning bolts which are colored into Tidal Wave! Looks pretty cool...but I already have the Armada version, so i'm not shure if I will buy it or not??
