Whoever gave him a 4 don't know Transformers from squat. This is a quality product, that is sculpted to be unique yet pay homage to the 1st Generation. So yeah he is $21, and he's worth it. Not to many gimmicks, and he don't need any, thats quality.

I really can't give props to a $26 TF that makes annoying noises with bad poses. Megs at least DID things and had gimmicks Scorp just had bad claws that weren't cool and bad sound effects. Get it for its robot mode, but only if you can't find Alternators.

It took me a while to track Scorponok down. But i got him today and It was worth the effort to find him. I haven't been this happy or satisfied with a transformer in a looong time He is well worth the money. Hail to the new leader of the decepticons!

okay i'm impressed. scorpion and robot forms are VERY well done, great movement and details. jet form is awkward yet not awkward. sound affects are cool and batteries are easy to remove. NOTHING was sacraficed for the sounds! scorponok rocks!

I bought Scorponok and OP together, and I am sorry i waisted the money on OP. Scorponok is superior in every way. even in price. The homage to G1 Scorponok is quite apparent and his fun factor is through the roof. I can't say enough about this guy.

Scorponok: Robot mode, well designed and sculpted, evenly balenced, great color scheme, excellent articulation. Jet: Awkward looking at first, But its very fun and it WILL grow on you. Scorpion/tank: Details galore, excellent articulation, Great Fun

If Scorponok is a sign of whats to come..then I am very excited. This is one of the best transformers to come out in a long time. I noticed the word quality used alot in his reviews, thats the rite way to describe him, quality.

Wasn't going to buy this cause esp his jet mode looked somewhat bulky in the pics. He was on sale for $21 at Target, and I'm glad I got him. Very impressive.

A new leader for the Decepticons is born, and has arrived. He is Scorponok! This toy will definitly go down in history as one of the best of the best. He is quality, and fun. He is actually fun to transform and looks great in all modes. Nicely done

Once in a rare while a new Transformer appears that is close to perfection, Scorponok is now one of those who make the grade. He is a high quality, fun toy. Unicron was great but we waited 12+ yrs for him, scorponok however is a great surprise. A+!!

All I can say about this thing is WOW!! I got the only one on the shelf, and I feel lucky. This guy is a must have, His pictures make him look bulky and unposeable, but let me tell you, pictures don't do him justice. What a fantastic find!!

Exellent job!! My only problem is I can't decide which mode to keep him in, I love all 3. He is a definite 10+. Too bad Optimus isn't as equally impressive. And I'm praying that Galvatron isn't a dissapointment either. But Scorponok gets 2 thumbs up!

It saddens me that for $40 for Optimus Prime, i felt really ripped off. But Scorponok is $25 and worth alot more. He is a great addition to the TRANSFORMERS collection. whoever designed him should get a pat on the back. They did a VERY good job.

The moment I took Scorponok out of the package, I fell in love. You can't help but like him, He is just really cool to look at, I love his scorpion mode, and his great articulation. Robot and jet are equally impressive. Absolutely fantastic.

I can't say enough about this one. As a Robot he is big and beautiful, with very nice details and articulation His Scorpion/tank form is very convincing and quite fun His jet form is a nice touch. His quality is up there with Unicrons, Very impressive

If i could i'd give him more then a 10. This is a quality transformer, they don't come around to often, but Scorponok is a winner. I still have my G1 Scorponok, and the comparisons are startling. Great quality, highly recomended 10+!!

This is going to be a highly sought after toy! A lot of thought and time was put into designing him and someone was thinking about the old school fans when the put the head and color scheme together.

Wow, I love this thing. After Optimus Prime i was loosing faith, but Scorponok looks the part. I love the mechanical scorpion and robot forms. His jet mode is growing on me. Excellent details, and the head is sculpted like the G1 head master. Great job.

So far he is the best. His 3 forms R well done, bot mode is ALOT more posable then it looks. He is very well balanced, and has no problems standing. He is a little noisy with the sound affects, but he is definitly worth the $$. Excellent play value.

This is the best energon figure yet. he's got the best articulation, he is a homage to G1 scorponok (the head master). He's a tripple changer, and he puts the Optimus Prime figure to shame. He's a bit bulky, but it works for him. He is a must have.

Big and beautiful, although a little chunky and very noisy. The electronics are quite noisy, but batteries can be removed. Good weapons and gimmicks, unique coloring, fantastic feel and nice modes. $25 well spent.
