I get that this figure gets some flak because of his floppiness and that parts clash into each other but....he's not that bad. Like, if you are able to fix the floppy bits then you have a solid toy that doesn't fall apart so easily! I mildly recommend him

Bass X0
Looks great in both modes, but is severely let down by how loose the toy is. Very little connects in jet mode and pegs are flimsy in robot mode. Comes apart way too easily and frustrating transformation. Good statue to look at but poor toy to play with.

Primacron
Totally cool idea for this 2 headed cockpit fighter. Better than the 80's one. The only draw back is the looseness in hypermode.

Nemesis Wheeljack
A bad head makes him lose a mark, other then that he's perfect. Get ready for an Extreme Head Makeover, Sligy!

This is one of the worst toys I've ever had.

IMO best deluxe fig to ever come out in energon.Yes transformation is a little sloppy and parts are flappin in the wind, but after a couple of times doing it its like second nature.Love the shoulder cannon, love the mold.

Very reminiscent of Jetstorm. The face reminds me of the type of things they used to do with beast wars figures. I like it on beast wars figures, not too sure if I like it on modern bots. Excellent robot and jet modes! Flimsy pegs hold nothing together!

looks like G1 slugslinger and BM Jetsorm combined. Jet and bot look nice, but floppy durring tf. Articulation is good, but bits pop out. The trigger should be on the other side of the cannon, this would help in both modes.

Paladin
Slugslinger is like the Transformers version of John Kerry- he has a lot of goood points, but prefers to flip flop around a lot instead of showing them off.

AirKing
Pros: Superb articulation and design. The scarred-face thing is a nice touch. Cons: Transforming the rotten thing is like going to a nightmare world where nothing is as it should be.

Points go to awesome vehicle and robot design, but I'm really irked by loose joints connecting the shoulders to the torso--those little pegs should have been bigger or fit more tightly. The wings and cannon also hinder arm articulation in 'bot mode.

I finally got my hands on one. He is perfect although his arms are kinda flimsy but i don't really care

Excellent fighter mode, sick (in a good way) robot mode. Love the targeting eyepatch on his eye; he locks onto Autobots and blasts away. A little floppy; hips don't quite stay attached to main body.

A most excellent figure. Transformation scheme is challenging, but fun to execute. Why a 9? I do like the concept of a "split personality" face, but the one-sided tooth-growl is kinda wierd looking to me

i would really like to know what the designer of this guy was on so i could get some! LOL j/k, this guy is a mother to transform, but the after math is terrific. great vehicle, great robot. Slugslinger is an awsoem Decepticon

hes sweet, a great homage. Love the head mold and both TFmations. he only gets a nine because he dosn't hold together that well in vehicle mode.

Feels very reminiscent of deluxe jetstorm, but nothing wrong with that, like the double cockpit design, LOVE jet's hyper mode with railgun, robot mode looks good and face has personality if not for its looks, colors are ugly though and repaint'd be nice

Vehicle mode G1 homage to the original targetmaster is excellent. Robot mode looks like it was designed differently from standard TFs. I recognize seeing that face before. Only 1 missile, no extra guns! Not in the show, which is strange for a new mold.

So Slugslinger looks very cool in jet mode and decent in robot mode. However, I was very disappointed at how flimsy he is in his alt mode feels. I was lucky though, once transfromed my Slugslinger stays together fairly well for the most part.

Draraco
I must admit I was a little disappointed when I opened this guy. The jet mode is not too stable, and I can not get his shoulders to hold in the robot mode.
8
Skyknight
Pro: Very sleek alt-mode, can make for great poses (although...), Two-Face-ish head. Con: The shoulders don't really like to stay in place. Other: Transform diff. *3*? More like 4...

Pingu
Another nice jet transformer. Maybe not as good or cool as Starscream but looks good standing next to him like they're a team. Hyper mode is abit pov but how complex the design is, what impresses me.

DS2
Floppy joints, weak plastic, overly complicated transformation, and neither mode holds together especially well. I really was looking forward to this one and the end result is a neat design with poor execution. Don't stress over hunting this one down.

Good Transformer. Looks a bit like G1 Cyclonus.

Transformation is quite complex at first. Both the plane and robot modes look great. Nice posability and the head sculpt is surprisingly good looking despite the 2 face. Only shortcoming is that some parts maybe quite flimsy.
