Reviews - Energon Mirage
The ship mode is really impressive. Transformation is kinda difficult. Robot mode is a bit awkward to me and has a few loose parts. The legs keep falling off. But overall, recommended.
The repaired form of Tidal Wave. I liked him better when he was a G1 Autobot. He had a shoulder-mounted missle launcher, and converted to a car.
I think he is totally awesome!!!! I think is espicially cool because he used to be Tidal Wave, who is now cooler as Mirage. The only complaint I have is the boat sides of his vehicle mode. In robot they are pain in the butt. It looks dorky too.
looks good in both modes. Love the guns... If the autobots had firepower like the decepticons, they wouldn't be wusses... Mirage is a nice toy, and I'd suggest it, even if the TF sequence is a little confusing at times...
Love Him as toy and in the T.V show!!!!!!!!
Sweet looking boat, I would almost take it with me in the tub. Robot mode is cool but I like the boat mode so much it stays as boat. Will get Dreadwing so I can put him in robot modes. Colors are really cool and weapons and sounds rock!
Mine dosn't have a single problem and i definantly like him more than Dreadwing.
His fantastic i wish they made him an autobot
AWESOME! Love everything about it, EVERYTHING! The right leg on mine is loose, but who cares! Would give more than ten if I could...
Really nice toy! I would give it more then a ten.
he's cool but suprisingly disapointing to find out who he really is. How can you go from big bulcy and strong to small swift and agile!!
Tremendous detailing, colors/painting & sculpting make him look great in each mode. LOVE the weaponry, also works well in each mode. TF'n is complex & really fun. Despite his too frequently breaking legs, it couldn't be much better for a speed boat TF.
very swift looking andnice sculpted. Does kind of look like a gundam though .
Mirage looks great, I don't understand him being tidal wave and all. but hey, he looks awesome.
He`s pretty good, except it`s easy to break him.Ship mode looks SWEET!!!Robot mode does too.
Reminds me of RID sideburn, tons of posability but none of its solid and lots of kibble all over the place that gets in the way, the arms have 6 points of posability and 4 are in the elbow? on the plus side bot mode looks awesome and a tf hydrofoil is new
Best energon mold yet! Finally someone got creative and detailed and put some effort into the molds. Head looks like decep symbol, body has gundamesque look. Very sleek and evil looking.
Excellent! Homage to scourge if that was the intention. Very inposing in both modes, but he is a little flimsy. Legs, torso both pop off easily. As for the hull in robot mode? Guys they do slid off and I like the way he looks without them.
not bad, but not great either... solid vehicle mode, and great looking bot mode, but its just not stable enough for me
Good: nice design, superb poseability, good gimmicks Bad: Far too much boat kibble in robot mode, weak spindly legs
One of the best transformers Energon has to offer. The knee joing should have heen a little less delicate.
Nice TF, but the ship mode looks a bit wierd and in robot mode you have to get a bit creative on how you place the hull sides to make him look cool.
The look is good in both modes. The ship mode reminds me of batman vehicles. Again i like the sounds and the robot mode looks sharp. Colour is good enough to do the job. Very posable and comes with clear windows.
The Decepticons rule this line and Mirage is proof! Looks like a real boat, if you don't look at the bottom. Robot mode is trim and deadly looking! Let's face it, with Mirage on their side, the Decepticons are a force to reckon with!
great robot and vehicle mode, difficult transformation, kick-butt weapons, highly recomended but difficult to find at the moment
