CHEETOR ROCKS!SUPER COOL BEAST/ROBOT MODES!

They could have done so much more recolouring. Just look at the upcoming Takara version. Sooooo much better.

Hideous beast mode, decent bot mode. Too bad the robot eyes still arent show accurate, but oh well, its am minor complaint and a fix i can do myself.

Great reissue and updates. Looks more like the cartoon. I hope they reissue the transmetals.

JetFire
I dont have him but am considering getting him. He looks real nice. Also I love cats! THEY RULE!!
7
Night Scream
It's a tiny bit more t.v. accurate, but my water squiter broke. Stupid cheap plastic (folds arms and pouts)

A nice mold, a nice transformation, and a nice bot mode. Problem is the lack of show accurate paint apps, which would really set it apart from the many existing Cheetor repaints. A 9 if you don't have him already, but a 6 if you do. Nothing new here.

can't beat the classics

it would be better if the head of the cheetah was smaller

Not a bad mold or transformation, but the utter lack of any real show-accurate paint apps keep this from getting a better score than a 6. Still a nice figure, but as a reissue there should be more (ie, Waspinator). Worth it for Transmutate part, though.

Very little changed from the FoxKids recolor, although restoring the light-pipe optics the 1996 BW molds were designed for would have made Cheetor better.

I'm picking these reissues up for a few reasons: because I got rid of all of these for some stupid reason a few years ago and because I want a complete Transmutate. About Cheetor, It sorta looks about the same.

This toy is quite nice. I did not buy the original when it came out so I picked this one as soon as I saw it on the shelf! The Canadian version does not have a DVD but it a great buy anyway.

Hasbro has done a great job with these Beast Wars reissues; they released the more popular, wider-distributed green-eyed version of the figure, as well as adding a faction symbol. Building Transmutate figure & showcase DVD makes collectiblity 10x better.

cheetor was always one of the better ones. this one should be good too. but what is with the transmutate thing it's almost like it's forcing you to get them all

Rodimus Prime
The new Cheetor is excellent. He is the reissue cheetor with a Maximal insignia and now has black instead of pink spots. His transformation is the same.Cheetor is a must get for any collecter and looks great in both modes.

Pratically nothing has changed from the original release except for the "Maximal" insignia on his shoulder in beast mode. The colors are similar to the FoxKids version. Kinda bland compared to the original.
