every time i transform him he feels like he's going to break.. but he doesnt! great figure and a good purchase for me!

All I can say is that I don't know why his vehicle mode won't stay toghether,and his sholder pads and doors come off,but otherwords,I love him.

Some of the cheapest plastic I've seen. For some reason, truck mode does not hold together as well once out of the box and no rubber bands on it. Bot mode is boxy & unattractive. I'm so done with the engine/gun. Honestly, would've made a better Ironhide.

This is by far one of the worst alternators yet. He's so boxy that you can't hardly see the robot. And he has more arm and leg kibble than most of the others. Truck mode is great, but without a decent robot, who cares? (Oh, and super cheaply made!)

CHEAP!!!

Alt Prime is cool for the most part. The front bumper/shoulder pads are really loose, the articulation in the legs isn't great, and the "crotch plate" is awkward. That can be fixed by not putting it down. Worth picking up as a new mold and a new Prime.

He fits the bill as Prime quite nicely, but has too many problems to be worthy of a 10. The hood in vehicle mode doesn't want to set right, and his legs and knees are far too loose. Still recommended though.

WOW! Great homage to both G1 and Armada Prime. He's big in both modes, making him really stand out as a leader. Also giving a 10 to Nemesis Prime, who looks truly menacing and bears a striking resemblance to G2 Scourge.

His vehicle mode is REALLY cool but his robot mode could use some longer arms, and maybe a smaller chest. And another thing, I thought the Altanators were supposed to look like their G.1. forms! But, he's good enough.

No problems transforming him. He looks fine in both modes, but not spectacular. I wish they made him taller, at least an inch or two. I just put Mirage next to him and they're the same height. That's just not suitable for the commander of the Autobots.

just got him ,he' awsome can't complain all around cool . also just got the new chewie and hans solo sw tformers set not gonna open it yet , or maybe get afa grade on it , and sell in 20 years lol. just kidding .but i will open it soon .

This is Optimus Prime at his best! Good truck form, and vehicle form! He truly is "the new king of the road!"

His vehical mode is awsome but the robot mode isn't my favorite but still cool!

In person, this figure is awesome! The Ram SRT-10 Truck looks excellent amongst the other 20 Alternator figures. Robot mode is excellent(shoulders pay homage to G2 Prime and Optimal Optimus. This guy needs to be retooled into Ultra Magnus.

The vehicle is spot-on...as usual. The glaring weaknesses of the robot mode are the structure of the shoulders, legs and crotch plate. A decent alternator overall. I gave it an 8 since it might be possible to kitbash some of the robot's problems.

The first time Prime actually has a WHOLE mouthplate on his face that doesn't reveal his mouth at all since the Energon Prime(the improved one without the exposed mouth).

This gives too many homages to G1 Prime.

Optimus does look good in truck form, but the robot form's not that good.
