He is a great figure. much more detailed than the G1 and very detailed for a deluxe, but he still has the same flaw, his guns and wings limit arm movement but no complaints except he should be a bit bigger.

Captain Gundam
Could have been better. While in theory the articulation is there it is all hampered by the way the toy is designed. The vehicle mode is good but the robot mode could have been far more stable or 'fun'.

The problem with the launchers lies in the launchers *themselves,* not in the wings. The pegs on them are too far down, which makes a bunch of excess on the top. According to the cartoon model, the top of the launcher and top of the shoulder are equal.

A good nostalgic throwback.

Lord Megatron
Sweet figure, a little smaller than the pics show but that in my definitions means better. Starscream is one of the most memorable characters in transhistory and he wont go down without a fight. If it means destroying his leader he welcomes the concept.

The immortal Starscream has returned in true form..This is a nice toy, about as good as a Starscream figure can get..Perfect jet mode, very well balanced and accurate robot mode..Probably the best classic so far, in terms of G1 accuracy..Neato!

JetFire
Im afraid i must lower my score. He is made of cheap plastic and parts have fallen iff, though luckily they weren't too important...

Same issue with platic quality. Also i wished the paint detail was better on the bots body. I hate the head is connected to the nose cone piece. However the what the bot lacks is definatly made up in its resemblance to the g1 cartoon character.

Captain Gundam
The return of G1 Starscream appleases all.

True G1 fans rejoice! This Starscream is as close to perfect as a deluxe could be. The wings in the way of the guns is a bit of a letdown, as well as the lack of decent(more realistic)landing gear. Skywarp's on his way, and I'm sure Thundercracker is too.

Really cool version of Starscream. I hope they make a Classics Thundecracker like they did make a Classics Skywarp.

JetFire
He is really cool. Way better than G1 Starscream I must say, and will go great with the classics Jetfire I intend to get.

The shape is perfect, the face could have better detail. The wings don't match the true G1 Starscream with the symbols. JD I have to agree with you on the wings in bot mode. I just turn them back a little and it still looks okay with his arms up.

VERY NICE...excellent choice to start your classics!! Very good in every mode. only minor flaw (in my opinion only) is the cockpit should have transformed ala G1 not this new way where it you have to rotate it and the tip sticks out. still EXCELLENT TOY

Sleek jet mode,iconic bot mode.Love the rubsign.Good but not great articulation,great proportions.(for once)He'd be a solid 10, but i take exception to the stats on his bio.Silly, I know,but he's a lot smarter than a 6...

out of all the Clasics (so far) all i can say about Screamer is WOW!! for the first time I hope this Starscream defeats Megatron and leads the Decepticons, just hope they only use the mold for TCracker & SWarp and not make a "ghost Starscream repaint"

Everything about this figure--his different modes, the colours and proportions--is PERFECT. This is the most spot-on version of Starscream to date--even better than Takara's Robot Masters entry. An absolute must-have.

While I agree with JD that wings limit arm weopons in robot mode, it doesn't take away from the fact that this a great figure. Solid in both forms & TF is spot on. First "G1" Starscream I've ever owned & I'm glad I got him. So worth the money spent.

I can rest at night knowing now the S'scream has been done justice.Transformation is dream come true. If you were ever a true fan of the seekers, do yourself a favor and run to the nearest retailer and spend the best $9.99 you have ever spent on a deluxe.

Wow, why didnt the make Screamer like this in the 80s? He is a great toy. He can be a bit back heavy, but for a deluxe Starscream I really cant complain. I wish he were a voyager class, but I am happy nonetheless. I cant wait for the rest of the jets!

This is the way starscream should have been ...

Fantastic update from G1 Starscream. Alt mode looks great and robot mode looks fantastic! The classic rub sign is an awsome touch. He doesn't get a ten because his wing placement limits having the weapons on his arms. Otherwise a great figure.
