Reviews - Armada Optimus Prime w/ Sparkplug
cool set. wish he was mor posable. sparkplug is cool but nothing to rite home about. love the base option and combines with jetfire and overlode
My first optimus prime figure, this is a great figure! I like all the gimmicks because they don't really take away from the figure, highly reccomended!
Pretty good... except for the automatic transformation! This as bad as the activators for animated!
twice as good as megatron in evry way.
Micron Legend is also my favorite TF anime next to Car Robots and Micron Convoy was also my favorite Convoy.
awsome. i like combining him with my overload
Really cool gimmick that a lot of us old schoolers get a big kick out of. A little paint goes a long way. To fix arm just use x-acto and remove that annoying bit of plastic that keeps right arm from moving and the toy is a lot cooler.
Innovation at the cost of interaction, your play value will vary, definitely, TFs are about the TFing, it went from uber-complicated RID to does-it-itself armada, interesting and definitely a good staple in your collection but could've been... better...
The Optimus toy is really good. Hasbro finally brought back Optimus as a Simi-Truck! The only bad part of it is, the trailer looks bad.
i think prime ROCKS LIKES NOTHING BEFORE and the auto transform mechanism is FANTASTICALY BRILLIANT and can't be doubted and sparkplug rocks as a lambougini, prime beats anything else in the armada toy line.
This Prime is pretty cool. I like R.I.D. OP better but the auto-transformation function is so darn cool! The figure is not too posable and the base mode is a little simple. But who cares about that when you have auto-transformation! Sparkplug rules!
Awesome looking Prime figure. He,just like Sideways, has a G1 look and feel to him.The only complaints I have is the Supermode head doesnt have a Prime feel to it.Also, the posebility of Prime himself. All in all,a good figure.Worthy of the title of Prime.
Awsome just wish the S.O.P. had more posability in the legs.
Good concept. Poorly executed. His trailer will not stay in "legs" mode.
its not as bad as everyone says, its just another prime
Really good, but never seems to fit back tightly as vehicle and trailer is kind of useless
super optimus prime head is butt ugly
great romote mechanisim, arms not to poseable. but otherwise, a great toy
This toy is the pits. Cr@p articulation, no challenge, and the insulting base mode. the only good thing about it is sparkplug
I think the average rating is correct. This toy is just nasty when in super robot mode. The poseability is its biggest trouble. Obviously, the designers focused on the auto transformation, and forgotten the rest. It should be cheaper for what it is.
POWERLINX PRIME: This toy DESTROYS the original Prime. Same basic figure but AWESOME paint design and much better articulation(shoulders). Corona Sparkplug is so much cooler in gold as well!!!
I think this toy is the bomb. The epople who created this are some of the best are the best. I just wonder why those some dumb idiots gave him a rating of 1
I love the "matrix" under his chestplate. Very true to the original with some "modernizing" thrown in. Combining with his trailer gives it a Powermaster feel. Super mode is a bit stiff, but considering the trailer transforms itself is pretty cool.
I like prime a lot, he,s an excellent new prime, the matrix idea rules! and i love sparkplug, i keep him on my shelf next to Bumblebee, i,m going to get supercon prime for posability, together they make armada have an excellent prime
