this version is a lot cooler than the f-22 raptor. i wanted this one as soon as he came out but my dad wouldnt buy it for me. i also wanted the protoform optimus that came out at the same time

i love the bot mode. dislike the protoform dropship mode. waste keeps popping out on mine when transform. but i love the auto morph

the top part of mine snapped clean off @#$!%&&*

this was my frist movie transformer i got the 2nd was protoform prime and i think that he may not the most cool paint but he looks more like a star ship than prime

a sick looking bot mode and he has a launching projectile take that prime like prime he's uber poseable plus he is the first of the movie TF's I bought not seen in the movie better detailing and better color scheme makes him a must have

I wasn't planning on getting the PF's but Zellers had a deal I couldn't refuse. Nice toy, the gun is a touch loose in comet mode but overall is nice.

I like the design but should have been able to shoot the flame part. Nice though.

The design doesn't hold up to the Galaxy Force Starscream but still he's fine.

Brown and bulky do NOT fit Starscream. The face is Okay. I hate the fact that his body always falls in two pieces. The gun is cool. The design could have better. Vehicle mode is great. The toy is Okay but could have better.

for me this is an overall great figure.the only draw backs is the vehicle mode(entry mode)and the color (it looks like poo)

how can everybody give this a 10? are you so overly desperate for toys lately? the toy pop off in HALF at the waste and the arms sometimes too!! good robot mode though when is in one piece. alien space ship mode is ABOVE average. not a bad toy though

Great figure, I said the same thing about Optimus, he STANDS UP! This one is also very poseable. I can't wait for the voyager jet to come out.

I still can't get over the face sculpt, the face on the prototype protoform (hehe) on the box is actually cooler in my opinion. Also, his lower body tends to pop-off during transformation and he doesn't seem to balance as well as PF OP in either mode.

When changing back to robot mode from alt mode, the shoulders pivoting back into place triggers the AUTOMORPHING feature popping Starscreams head back into position. Pretty slick of the designers adding this feature to the preview figures.

...and he is a pretty impressive looking dropship with Mega Cannon gunning for any unsuspecting Autobots. Starscream's dropship gets the drop on the Autobots before crashing into anyone left standing. Not bad for a deluxe preview figure.

...legs will have a place for the guns handle' when legs are positioned correctly and everything should lock down clean and together. Then place missle in rear of dropship, firing button will pop up just a bit. Make Starscream do a 180...

Put the dorso side of the ship together(arms locked in peg holes), take the missle out of gun and place gun up between arms. You'll know when you placed it right when firing button on gun peeps out of hole in top of alt mode. Also...

It's hard for me to put my finger on why, but I like this toy better than the protoform OP. I especially like the hands & overall jagged edge techno robot detailing. For some reason the drop ship vehicle mode strikes me as cooler too.

Starscream's alt mode dropship is pretty slick. Blaster can be hidden megacannon in alt mode and can be fired.Head automorphs in conversion to robot mode. Has impressive articulation in robot mode. Highly recommended! Found both protoforms @ Kmart.

Pretty awesome. I like to think of his vehicle mode as a huge battle ship since there is a thing on the forward front area that looks like a command bridge. By the way I had no idea there would be automorph on this. COOL!

The alt mode for both Protofom models, and apparently all of the protoforms, is that of a reentry vehicle, also known as a dropship. Some look decidedly more Meteor-like, but Prime and Starscream's are more vehiclular.

i like his robot mode but what the hell is his vehicle mode and he looks no where near starscream
