Reviews - Movie Scorponok
Scorponok is really Stupid Robot Mode Disgusting Scorpion Mode Nice
really strange robot form. but his ability to interact with Blackout adds a huge bonus. buy this one only if it is the last toy there or if you have everything and want to complete your collection.
Great scorpion mode and the tandem attack with blackout is the best part!
Yeah jakebradley14 if this one came with a happy meal, the kids would be asking for a different toy. Or it would make them want to upgrade to an adult meal.
Booooo for transformation!!! Way too simple. It almost reminds me of mcdonalds transformer toys... Neways, Scorpion mode is pretty cool.
I like how they made him work with blackout, but the robot mode stunk.
Realistic Scorpion mode with extensive articulation of tail, arms & legs! Interesting "gimmicks": tail "shoots" out & claws "spin". Robot mode is horrible - looks like a scorpion "standing up." Looks better in "monster mode"! (see Youtube review).
The beast mode is alright. Robot mode is horrible, so horrible Scorponok doesn't like it himself(read his bio). Robot mode is so terrible that I'm thinking about changing my Transformer name. The only cool thing is his interaction with Blackout.
i like this figure and especially in the movie, he has his own scene but the transformation as said is simplistic. and is also average sized compared to other deluxes and that he can link up to blackout however that is not their relationship in the movie.
This is Believe it or not my third favorite movie toy(Second being ratchet, first blackout) all of his Toy features are awesome and cool. He is non stop fun. Robot mode is flawed but okay
his rating is actually 9.5 i got him with blackout at tru last night hes perfect except for his tail cant go over his head in bot mode
Note that what i am offering for this toy is for its scorpian mode, now acording to his bio he dosent care much for his robot mode, guess when he reformatted himself he paid as little atention as possible to it the robot mode gets a 3
Now that Scorpomike mentions it, Scorponok here does look like the one from the first Animal Wars series.
i got mine in with in the desert attack set and im disapointed because he is missing one of his pincer claws on his left arm. Thanks Hasbro for quality control! This is the second sorry figure ive gotten from the movie think Ill just get titaniums.
Awesome scorpion mode, but Hasbro went lazy on the robotmode. Altmode is very detailed and the action features work nicely. Get this for this mode alone and you'll be satisfied and happy. If you are expecting a good conversion skip it.
This guy should not be overlooked. Spinning claws gimmick really works well in both modes. Also, Scorponok and Blackout have a tandem attack that works by combining onto the Belly of helicopter and pressing button to spin blades activates claws, awesome!
Not real impressed with this figure. Looks good in scorpion mode but robot mode stinks.
Very simple transformation but at least he's smaller than the other deluxes. Love the unique style of his design. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to see him in the movie as he seems like he's going to be really something to see. A must have deluxe.
Better than I thought he'd be. He's smaller than the other deluxes, with almost no transformation, but the alt mode is impressive, and the spinning claws are a really neat gimmick.
I went to my room to try and find him becausa I have so many transformers he is cool becausa he has a beast mode like on beast wars
Somehow likeable and fun despite his overall weirdness. I can't wait to see him kill people in the movie!
There is something about that figure that I really like but I can't quite put my finger on it. The fact that it can interact with Blackout is a nice bonus.
Weird robot mode, but nice scorpion mode.
