Just had another look/ transformation session and totally changed mind! The upper/ lower link still wont seat without trimming, but the bot mode looks ALOT better now. Just a shame theres no ankle movement.

Im so in two minds about this, the vechicle mode is really good, but the articulation at the waist is hard, the linkage style bar doesnt flip down properly and in 'bot mode doesnt stand well. Mines gonna stay in alt mode!

first of all this ironhide is the best one.the "snow" on the windows make him stand out more.the only thing i don't like is the "allspark blue" on the headlhights and eyes.

The mold is the same, as the previous Ironhide had no faults. The only thing lacking in the figure for me is that there is snow detail on the windows.
