He is 5xs better then Hot Shot. Great homage to G1 Inferno. Great articulation. Overall he's a great transformer. And he helps give a needed boost to Hot Shots value by combing with him to form a new robot. But even alone Inferno is great.

There's not many words to descide Inferno... Brilliant would fit. We need more Transformers like him. Highly reccomended!

A very solid robot here. The arm mounted gun is very nostalgic. The head is a very nice and serious and I love seeing that Hasbro and Takara are really making strides in the design of our favorites toys.

This guy is awsome, nice tribute to G1 Inferno. he's got great articulation. His weapon can be hand held or an arm cannon. Alone he is great, combined with Hot Shot just adds to his value. He is one of the best energon figures yet, next to skorponok.

very good figure, and very posible but his head is very hard to move. but his is the best figure i have yet.

Cool toy! Great tribute to old G1 Inferno. Looks great as Powerlinx Inferno with over-shoulder weapons. A bit disapointing as Powerlinx Hot Shot (legs aren't articulated) but cool transformation.

Great TFer. Wasn't to excited when I got him, but ever scince i took him out of the package he has been one of my favorites. Extremely good poseability. Pictures do him no justice

My eyes lit up when I transformed him to robot mode. Dig the face and the weapon. Nice proportions.

A must have out of the new set. Reminds me a lot of my childhood when I had the G1 Inferno. I don't have the Hotshot but can't wait to see what they look linked up

Im really impressed with Inferno after seeing Hot Shot I was expecting the worst but he's really awesome like both robot and car modes and his powerlink with hot shot is cool too. Great transformer to have!

The new Inferno toy is great! Hasbro did a really good job making Inferno to the G1 style. And it also looks great when Inferno and Hotshot link up.

It is obvious that there was intentional effort to make him reminiscent of Don F's War Within designs. This toy just screams WW/in Ironhid and I LOVE it. One of the best toy gimmick guns to date. G1 style big and blocky yet REALLY POSABLE! about time!
