Seems to have good articulation compared to other Armada figures, but his face is ugly! The Minicon activated weapon is good. I don't have Jolt, sadly, so I can't judge him, unfortunately. The car mode is basically a paperweight

they are a good little set. not amazing but interesting. i dislike the pincher gimic with the engin block and wish hotshot had the led like the japanies version but grate never the less

ok the new universe mold fixed everything on both jolt and hotshot

Articulation is not the greatest, but it's made up for by the awesome axle cannon. Very much resembles more modern G1 type toys.

his arms are not very poseable, but still, he transforms into a sports car!

i had hotshot with jolt i loved him

Not as good as the Cybertron toys, but still a cool toy. Awesome car mode, great cannon. Firepower is only 4 but still awesome cannon.

Hotshot was the first transformer I got of this set. It wasn't the best mold in the world but he's pretty moveable and Jolt is a nice lil mini-con.

Awsome toy! Had to get use to the new car forms from this series, but it was pretty cool when I got it! The cannon which is connected to Hot Shot is sweet!! When he power links with Jolt, it is really cool when the missle shoots off the projectile.

Hotshot was the first Armada figre I owner,because he had a G1 look about him.I thought,"Hmm,looks alot like the original Autobot cars."So I bought him.Definetly worth the 10 bucks.He should have had better arms.

Hasbro did a pretty good job with Hot Shot. I found found that his arms are a little hard to position though. I love the colors too.

Godd solid toy. Corny head.

Here are the reasons why I gave Hot Shot a 6: 1: His arms aren't poseable, 2: His face is fat and ugly, 3: He can't hold his engine like a gun like I saw on t.v., and 4: His missle fires out intead of pressing a button to do it.

Hot Shot is by far the coolest transformers. His attitude gives him a unique blend. Hot Shot stands out from the rest as he is always trying to protect his friends.

Hot shot just plain bites, I Like Jolt Though he,s one of the best mini cons probably. I honestly think HS was originally made for the TF gobot series for kids, Gorrilabot is cooler, the mini con gimmick is SO weak, doesnt even work properly DONT BUY

He is cool and is fun to play with but the color is bad their is no arm articulation and I don't like the way they made the mouth. Jolt is one of the coolest Minicons though.

This is a wondeful toy to play with. I especially like the turbo mode. There is just one problem there is no back winshield!!!

His shoulders are kinda fat. it looks like he's hunched down with his low head. also the face is ugly. his minicon is cool though and he has a nice car mode. powerlinx hotshot should have been called Hot Rod

Overall an excellent Transformer with an easy tranformation, but I HATE putting Jolt on the back. Otherwize one of my favorites
